Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned for a refund if they meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- In original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Packaged in the original box or protective wrapping.
Please note:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If you use our returns provider, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
